Customer Service Rep/Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Representative you will be representing our multiline dealership and service department, advising and recommending our service customers as to the services we provide. You must enjoy working with people, building relationships and always strive to provide the very best in customer service to our clients.
 
Candidates should have a great;
 
  • passion for motorcycles and associated power sports products,
  • proven business acumen and professional appearance,
  • communication and people skills,
  • ability to multi-task and follow up,
  • computer aptitude,
  • basic mechanical knowledge,
  • outgoing personality and positive attitude,
  • Propensity to under promise and over deliver.
 
The following would be considered an asset for this position;
 
  • previous automotive, motorcycle or ATV service writing experience,
  • proven customer service related experience,
  • experience with ADP software programs,
  • Mechanical or parts experience and or training.
  • product knowledge with any of our brands

Journeyman Technicians

The Argyll Motorsports Service Department have opportunities for Journeyman Technicians to join our Service Team. If you are passionate about the power sports industry, we have an opening for Tire Technician and Setup/ PDI Technician. These are seasonal positions with full time potential.

Requirements:
  • Positive attitude, passion for motorcycles and a promise to provide excellent customer service
  • Work within a team environment that shares knowledge and experience
  • Motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment of productivity and efficiency
  • Technically knowledgeable, experienced, or trainable on our product lines,
  • Good oral communication, analytical thinking-problem solving, job task planning and organizing
  • Ability to take direction and collaborate repair strategies
  • Be able to keep workspace in a very clean and organized manner
  • Have strong product knowledge of current motorcycle's features and benefits
  • Good mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good computer skills with an ability to obtain, read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Knowledge of the BMW, Ducati, Suzuki, and Yamaha products would be considered an asset
  • Attention to detail on all tasks and jobs completed
  • Actively participate in required manufacturer training and service schools
  • Lead by example every day, treat your teammates and customers the way you would like to be treated
  • Be happy to help, keep all promises, maintain personal & professional integrity
  • Red Seal Certificate or current Apprenticeship Accreditation
